With more than 25 years of experience in private practice, I've become known as a go-to clinician for some of the most challenging cases involving adolescents, adults, and families dealing with eating disorders.

My areas of expertise extend to complex trauma, borderline personality disorder, anxiety, depression, and self-harm behaviors.

I primarily utilize two treatment modalities: cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems theory (FST). However, more crucially, I strive to cultivate a nonjudgmental and safe environment for the individuals and families I treat. This helps facilitate positive change and fosters healing. My therapeutic philosophy is both straightforward and empowering:

In my practice, I not only focus on evaluating and treating challenging cases, but also swiftly identify when a higher level of treatment is necessary. I have cultivated a vast, nationwide referral network throughout my career and use it to facilitate comprehensive care. When referrals are made, I stay connected, acting as the central point of a treatment team that includes doctors, nutritionists, and other providers. This commitment to collaboration and a multi-disciplinary approach has made me an invaluable resource for many patients, families, and professionals.
